Refund & Returns Policy

 

  • If the product you have purchased from Bishop Audio & Lighting Pty Ltd has a manufacturing fault, We will facilitate the repair or replacement under the warranty provided by the Australian distributor of that product. As each distributor deals with product faults differently, Bishop Audio & Lighting Pty Ltd will act upon any warranty that is current and valid at the time the product arrives back at us.

    - Freight : The customer is responsible for freight costs to & from us for all repairs.

We may ask you to provide proof of purchase, so please hold onto your receipt.

Ordering and processing time

  • Online orders are normally processed 24hours.
  • Once processed, your order should take between 2-4 business days to arrive depending on your location. Your order may take upto 7 Business Days to arrive.
  • If the product for any reason is on backorder with our supplier. We will contact you within 24-48 hours of placing your order and give you an ETA for your order or can cancel it.
